I am a 19 year old from Chichester, a small city in the south coast of England. My love for British Real Ale has led to a somewhat unhealthy obsession with brewing my own beer. Armed with little more than a stock pot, a plastic bucket, and some fresh natural ingredients, I mash, ferment, and keg my way to homebrewed beer happiness. Is life great?
